1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of synkspace.tech (the “Site”) and any information, early-access programme or materials we make available through it. They are between you and SYNKSPACE AI (“SYNKSPACE”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our services and products
The Site describes our AI products (such as SYNK Core, SYNK Flow and SYNK Bridge) and our custom engineering and AI services. Descriptions are for general information and are not an offer capable of acceptance.
- Client work. Custom projects, embedded teams and managed services are provided under a separate written agreement, statement of work or order form. If it conflicts with these Terms, that document prevails for the work it covers.
- Early access. Products shown as early access or beta are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn, may have bugs, and may be subject to extra terms we give you when you join. We may end access at any time.
- Availability. We try to keep the Site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
3. Enquiries, meetings and quotes
Sending a message or booking a meeting does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Estimates, timelines and proposals we give you are non-binding until set out in a signed agreement. Information you share in an enquiry is handled under our Privacy Policy; if you need a confidentiality agreement before sharing sensitive information, ask us first.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users’ data, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
- introduce malware, or overload or disrupt the Site, including with automated scraping or bots beyond normal search-engine indexing;
- submit false, misleading or harmful content through our forms, or use them to send spam; or
- copy, reverse engineer or use the Site or our products to build a competing product, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, code, product names, the SYNKSPACE name and logo, and all related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Site for your own lawful business or personal purposes. No other rights are granted, and you may not use our name, logo or marks without written permission.
Ownership of deliverables from client projects is set out in the relevant agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, we keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and general learnings.
If you send us feedback or ideas, you let us use them freely without obligation to you. You keep ownership of the confidential information and data you provide us for a project.
6. AI-related content
Content on the Site about AI capabilities describes our intentions and general approach. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or biased outputs. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Where we deliver AI systems, the scope, performance targets, human-oversight arrangements and limits are defined in the project agreement.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site links to or embeds third-party services, such as our meeting-booking provider. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Using them is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and early-access offerings are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYNKSPACE and its directors, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the greater of USD 100 and the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability under client agreements is governed by those agreements.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site or any early-access programme at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the Site or programme. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. If we cannot, the courts of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home country.
13. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with any signed agreement and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site.
